CEO Fabio Nogueira founded Stintino in 2018 with the intent to fill an operational void in the multifamily industry by leveraging innovation to develop better processes. During the first two years of the company, and through the full cycle of the first three projects, he worked directly as a leasing agent, property manager, maintenance supervisor, and renovation project manager.

With a background of over 5,500 units developed, 2,400 constructed, and 1,200 renovated, Fabio leads Stintino Management with a data-driven, truth-seeking approach that turns multifamily properties into top-performing, sustainable assets.
